Develop and execute social media strategies to engage military-affiliated communities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Create and distribute engaging content tailored to military personnel, veterans, and their families across various social media platforms.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, relevant messaging for all military outreach efforts, fostering strong relationships and strategic partnerships.
Highlight events, resources, and partnerships relevant to military personnel and veterans through various communication channels.
Build and maintain relationships with military organizations and partners to expand social media reach and impact.
Use analytics tools to track performance metrics and audience insights specific to military outreach, providing regular reports on engagement and effectiveness.
Continuously optimize social media strategies using data-driven insights to enhance engagement outcomes.
Act as a primary support for active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses, assisting them in their transition to civilian careers through personalized coaching and career planning services.
Advocate for the program within military communities and to external stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on military transition processes.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts targeting military stakeholders, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and impact.
Experience working with military-affiliated institutions or organizations, particularly in recruitment or outreach roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of military culture and veteran affairs, with the ability to effectively engage and support military personnel and veterans transitioning to civilian life.
Ability to collect, interpret, and present data to inform recruitment strategies and improve platform features.
Skilled in using CRM platforms and conducting research to support strategic outreach initiatives.

Preferred candidates should be certified Salesforce CRM professionals with demonstrated experience in managing admissions or recruitment processes within the CRM platform.
Demonstrated experience working with military-affiliated institutions or organizations, particularly in admissions or recruitment roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of military culture, veteran affairs, and military education benefits, such as the GI Bill, Credentialing Assistance, and MyCAA.
Strong ability to collect, interpret, and present data using Salesforce CRM to inform admissions strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Superior oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse military communities and conveying complex information clearly.

Facilitate and deliver instruction on IT and project management courses, ensuring that content is accessible and tailored to the unique needs of military students.
Prepare students for certification exams by offering personalized coaching, study resources, and strategies to maximize success in CompTIA, AWS, Cisco, or Project Management Institute exams.
Stay abreast of industry trends, certification updates, and emerging technologies in IT and project management, ensuring that TMSA’s educational offerings remain current and competitive.
Work closely with military education officers and other stakeholders to ensure TMSA’s programs meet the educational needs and requirements of military personnel.
Provide ongoing mentorship and support to students throughout their educational journey, from enrollment through certification and into career placement.
Leverage TMSA’s LMS to track student progress, manage course materials, and report on learning outcomes and certification success rates.
Actively promote TMSA’s educational programs to military bases and through community outreach, increasing awareness and enrollment.
Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of educational programs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve instructional methods and student success.
Preferred candidates should hold certifications in two or more categories, such as CompTIA (e.g., A+, Security+), AWS (e.g., Solutions Architect), Cisco (e.g., CCNA), or Project Management Institute (e.g., PMP).
Demonstrated experience in military education, training, or a related field, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of military learners.
In-depth knowledge of IT and project management principles, practices, and certification requirements.
Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective instruction, both in-person and online, to military personnel and veterans.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and deliver educational content, track student progress, and report outcomes.
