The CompTIA CASP+ is an advanced-level cybersecurity certification covering technical skills in security architecture and senior security engineering in traditional, cloud, and hybrid environments, governance, risk, and compliance skills, and assessing an enterprise’s cybersecurity readiness.
CompTIA CASP+ is a vendor-neutral penetration exam designed to test the skills of security professionals involved in penetration testing of IT networks and vulnerability management.
CompTIA CASP+ meets the ISO 17024 standard and is approved by U.S. Department of Defense to fulfill Directive 8570.01-M requirements. It is compliant with government regulations under the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
CompTIA CASP+ relate to current job requirements for IT professionals asked to design, assess, mitigate and operate a secure enterprise network or lead the technical teams responsible for these tasks.
